Never, ever accept the first offer. When your phone carrier gives you they're first offer it's only a test to them. If the rep bocks at the comment just tell them "do this one last thing for me and that'll do it?"
Back 1 minute later he offered me 1 month free. So I replied, Awesome! You are the man! You are the best!
